Guys is this true?dravid is no more the captain of RCB?

felling sorry for dravid .....before a true drunkard mallya is a true entrepreneur wat so evr and making utthapa captain itz not anybody's fault if the team is not upto the standard in terms of quality of the players then wat a captain alone can do......all the test players have became the part of RCB is it justified as a team in a competetion like IPL!!so RCB requires to be rebuilt or else it can't stand in IPL anymore!!!
