My dad and I did some hedge trimming yesterday and today. When we went to resume today and I opened the lawn bag where we are holding our clippings the physical outside of the lawn bag was covered in these tiny white crawling bugs. They look like tiny pieces of paper but they crawl around, so we know they are a live thing. I'm just entirely curious to what they are and if their apparent existence in our shrubs means the shrubs will get killed off. Any idea on what they could possibly be?
