How can I clean and deodorize my microseude couch?

So I am trying to figure out a way to clean a few small water spots and get rid of some pet odour from my 4-year-old microseude couch. It's still in great shape and I want to get looking and smelling its best. Are there any little tips and tricks that might work for now? I have heard that upholstery cleaning companies can do microsuede - can anyone share their experiences? Thanks so much.
