"Hermosa carretera; tu eres el mio." - Does this make sense?

I'm trying to say, "Beautiful road, you are mine," in Spanish but most of the time I find myself scrambling up sentences and making quite a mess of the language. I was just wondering if any Spanish speakers could tell me if this was correct, and if not, correct me... lol thank you very much :)
