Doctors out there: I have a keloid on my neck, but have two (fine) ear piercings, could i get more piercings?

I had my ears pierced when I was a baby and their fine, i've had two operations on my neck over the last 3 years and the bottom part is a keloid. Next year I would like to get my septum, belly, tongue, eyebrow, hip and conch pierced...would any complications rise from these and if so which ones most? thanks!
