Holic online : "How to get a second job" ?

So, i wanted to ask people who played holic online : "How to get a second job?". I know i have to do some kind of quest but I dont know the quest. So please tell me, to what NPC i have to go to get a second job, if need to go to different NPC's for each job then tell me about mage, monk and warrior jobs. And one more question, how much jobs i can have? Only 2?
