How much would this be?

My mother-in-law is buying some linoleum for her house. The linoleum costs $2.23 sq ft. The room she is buying it for is 15ft x 15ft. Our state tax is 7.75%. So how much would this cost? I did the math and I got something completely different from what the lady at the store did. The lady seemed as if she wasn't doing it right. She did the math twice and got two different estimates. I just want to know how much it would be. Thanks a lot! Please no rude comments.
