What job prospects are there with certificate in human resouce management?

I am presently working as Administrative Secretary for a Nursing Trade Union for the 8 years. I want to change career. I am intending to do certificate in human resource managment(HRM) and i want to know what are the job prospects with a certificate in HRM.
