I really like BOK CHOY but I can't think of anything to make with it except stir fry. Any suggestions?

I love Bok Choy in Teriyaki Stir-Fry but I would like to use it for other things as well. I like to try out new recipes all of the time -- especially ones loaded with new types of veggies!!! Are there any asian or non-asian recipes that use Bok Choy in an interesting/delicious way???
