Is Crest serious with these whitening strips?

im "using" these whitening strips from crest called premium plus whitening strips, if you read this DO NOT USE THESE STRIPS OR THIS PRODUCT the strips are sticky, frail things that take a PhD from harvard to get on your teeth and get the goop on your hands, its like taking a piece of extremely fragile scotchtape with whitening solution on it and trying to put it on both layers of your teeth, this product is the worst designed and set up of any ive ever used in all my life. anyone else used this joke of a product?
