Why did Brian France have to make it easier for Kyle Busch to get into The Chase?

I guess I can't argue with that. He definitely didn't make them for Junior because it involves being able to win races and we all know he can't do that. The rule was made so dominate cars who have had some run in with bad luck keeping them out of the top 10 but who make racing exciting will make the Chase. Again that sounds more like Kyle than Dale. I guess he figured the Junior Nation has continued to watch NASCAR even though Junior has not been able to be competitive in years and people want more emphases on wins.
