Can I withdrawl my money from my account?

I have a stupid savings account that my dad opened for me while I was a toddler. Every ***ken cent of money I earn and get as gifts goes into this account. He says I will thank him when I want to buy a car. I just turned 13 and out of smite I want to get that money in cash and buy a new laptop. I am the beneficiary of the account and my dad is the custodian. I have made deposits (my dad standing behind me to catch me if I try to run with the money), I am a United States pport holder and I have a student ID card (for identification).
