Can I Print My Own Money Now?

Last year I bought a programme called 'Bank Note Creator' on Ebay and it works brilliantly. So I am now wondering, if the Bank of England can print bank notes without having the gold reserve to back them up would it be okay if I do the same, i.e, print up some money and spend it?
