Should moms be arrested for turning their children forward facing before legal?
Each state law varies on the legal age and/or weight for the child to be turned around but I see many moms on here saying they are turning their children around too soon, to the point where it really affects their child's safety. It is a LAW not a suggestion that they remain rear-facing up to a point (again it varies from state to state). In my state if you do not have your child in a car seat you are arrested for child endangerment AND the for breaking the law requiring your child to be in a car seat... Do you not think this should be the same for parents who turn their children around too soon? (Even though I'm for extended rear facing because that is the safest, thats not the law so I'm just talking about parents breaking the law)
