Well depending on your age I would recommend if you are in elementary school you test to see if an egg really can support 200 pounds if on the skinny end (spoiler it can) or if older test pop rocks and soda or if soda can melt your stomach(it cant). If you are over 21 you could even test whiskey in a stomach to see the effects(if left for years it can). To form a myth around any of these all you must do is word it carefully like for the pop rocks one "Back in the late 1970's a kid died because of pop rocks and soda. His family was going to sue but the company delayed them into the early 80's and ended up giving a huge payoff and promising to close it's doors. The case of the kid was one hot summer day him and a few of his friends were just messing around on the steps of his house when he got a good idea. What if he mixed fizzy soda with the popping pop rocks? He went and got a few packs of pop rocks and a 32 oz bottle of coca cola and ate all 3 packs of pop rocks then chugged the soda.
