Syncope, seizures, v-fib is it a heart problem or epilepsy?

lately I've been having more and more episodes of syncope, seizures, and on some occasions v-fib and v-tach is this from a heart problem or epilepsy? i doesn't make sense im an athletic person so i shouldn't have heart problems, and my EEG came out normal.
