Fallout 3 music artist names?

Who is the artist, that made the "I'm Tickled Pink" Song form Fallout 3? I havent been able to find anywhere to download it, nor buy it. I thought that maybe knowing the name of the artist would help.. but that has truned out to be near impossible, seeing as how any sites nameing the artists dont mention the name of the srtist to this one song. If anyone needs a refresher, you hear the song on the Radio in-game, and it goes something like this... "Doo do do doo do do do, doo do do... I'm tickled pink that things are rosy. And skyies are blue once again..." Something along those lines... Anyway if anyone does know the artist, I would apreciate it if they could tell me it.
